You must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out. When we pick up the returns, we will be looking for your tracking number.Packages without tracking numbers emailed to us in advance will be returned to the customer.

The product must be returned UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL condition you received it in, all accessories and tags must be in original package. Sorry, used products cannot be credited back or exchanged for a new product.The product is subject to final inspection before your return is processed.

Merchandises are in UNUSED and RE-SALABLE condition, we will refund for you but excluding shipping and handling charges when we received the merchandise back in our warehouse, Please note that returns of sale merchandise will not be accepted after 5 days.
