Are your bags with the serial number?

All items you get from mixshine.com will have a hidden serial number just like the authentic. Unless the authentic one have no hidden serial number. Our serial number is at the same position as the authentic.

How many do I need to order to qualify as a WHOLESALER?

At mixshine.com, we offer to our customers retail and wholesale programs. There is NO MINIMUM order.Within 5 bags per order, our clients are invoiced on the basis of our shop prices.From 6 bags and above per order (wallets are not included), we offer a super wholesale program "golden wholesale prices", with rack bottom prices -Mixing models and colors is allowed.

How do I check if my bag is available?

Our stock availability is continually refreshed on the website and we always show the most up-to-date styles and designs available. In the unlikely event that there are any problems with an order you place, we will contact you by email.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Will you charge sales tax on my order? What about custom tax or duty?

Mixshine.com will not charge you any sales tax on top of your order.But tax/duty is something unavoidable and unpredictable, and we do not have control over it. The customer is required to pay tax/duty for his/her shipment, if occurred. Word of advice, tax/duty most probably won't occur if the package is small (e.g. less than 6 items).

We ship all our items through courier services to your door, mainly by EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX.Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. and give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your bags until they reach you.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery will take 5-6 business days. After confirming you payment, usually we will ship out your items in 24 hours, but sometimes we need to check the quality of the items before we ship to you,So sometimes we will need extra 1-2 business days to prepare.
